It’s on to Minneapolis for the Auburn Tigers.
AU fans got to wish the team farewell Wednesday as it heads off to Minneapolis to take on No. 1-seed Virginia in the Final Four Saturday. Auburn coach Bruce Pearl took a moment to thank fans before the team made its way to the buses taking them to Montgomery Aviation.

“Auburn is going to the Final Four,” Pearl says in the clip below from AuburnTigers.com senior writer Jeff Shearer. “Now it’s our job to show that we belong. We would not be where we are today without y’all. We appreciate you, we’re going to do the best we possibly can to represent and bring home a championship. War Eagle!”

On Tuesday, the team announced an on-campus watch party for any diehard Tigers fans staying in Auburn this weekend, but looking for a stadium-atmosphere to watch the game.
