It’s the time of the year when sports personalities are making their predictions for the 2018 college football season.

On Wednesday, Colin Cowherd predicted which teams he believes will make the College Football Playoff this season during “The Herd” on FS1. Cowherd predicted only one SEC team will make the CFP — Alabama, the defending national champions — along with Clemson, Penn State and Washington.

Even though Cowherd picked the Crimson Tide to make the College Football Playoff for the fifth straight year, he didn’t sound particularly high on them entering the season, stating that their defense won’t be as good as last year and that their strength of schedule is “awful.”

Watch below to see Cowherd and FOX Sports’ Joel Klatt discuss the potential College Football Playoff teams for this season:

Since the College Football Playoff was implemented in 2014, Alabama has made the playoff every season, so it’s not shocking to see people pick the Tide to make it again this year.

Cowherd excluded Georgia, which made it to the National Championship Game last year, and Auburn, which will likely be the other two SEC teams with the best chance to make it to the CFP.
