WATCH: Colts offer rare glimpse into an NFL team’s war room with video feature from 2019 NFL Draft
Have you ever wondered what goes on inside an NFL war room during a draft? If so, the Indianapolis Colts just released a video that you have to check out.
The team recently shared a video nearly 20 minutes in length that features a terrific behind the scenes look at the Colts experiencing the draft live.
Highlights of the video include:
- The Colts executing a first-round trade with the Redskins, going back from No. 26 to No. 46 and picking up Washington’s 2nd round pick in 2020.
- GM Chris Ballard jokingly sending everyone home after the trade as the Colts were finished with Round 1.
- The team’s scouts breaking down second-round picks Rock Ya-sin and Parris Campbell for the rest of the room.
- The draft room’s live reaction of Pat McAfee announcing one of the picks in a hilarious manner.
