WATCH: Danny Etling rants about overlooking Thanksgiving: ‘It’s just underrated’

Thanksgiving is on Thursday, but many stores and households have already moved on to Christmas.
In fact, everywhere you look, Christmas music is playing and trees are being decorated, even as there are still 10 days left in November.
As you can see below, LSU coach Ed Orgeron already has his Christmas tree up and decorated heavily in purple and gold:

However, LSU QB Danny Etling isn’t a fan of Christmas encroaching on Thanksgiving’s turf. As you can see below in the video shared by reporter Mike Gegenheimer on Twitter, Etling goes on a hilarious rant about giving Thanksgiving its fair share of attention:

Christmas season will soon be upon us in full force, so Etling is right — we should be enjoying Thanksgiving more. It’s safe to say he’ll take some time out from preparing for the Texas A&M game to enjoy a hearty meal and watch some football.
