Purdue’s 49-20 upset of No. 2 Ohio State is shaking up the College Football Playoff picture with official rankings just around the corner at the end of the month.

ESPN analysts Joey Galloway and Jesse Palmer shared their updated final fours after OSU’s Week 8 loss. When the segment began, both analysts had already slotted Alabama at No. 1 on their board, which no one can reasonably argue against.

How would they fill out the remaining spots?

Galloway went with Clemson, Notre Dame and Texas in order rounding out his final four. Palmer differed on one team. While he agreed with No. 1 Alabama, No. 2 Clemson and No. 3 Notre Dame, he put LSU at No. 4.

Both analysts agreed that Michigan is the first team out right now at No. 5.
