Fans will do whatever it takes to meet their favorite players, as we’ve seen over the years.
These days, instead of autographs, getting selfies with famous athletes seems to be the most popular thing to do.
On Thursday night, one TCU fan went to an extreme to get a picture of star Stanford RB Bryce Love, the 2017 Heisman Trophy runner-up. As you can see in the video below, shared by @NOTSCTop10Plays on Twitter, the fan takes off a TCU sweatshirt to reveal a Stanford shirt underneath so he can get a picture with the star running back:

Love, being a good sport, sees what the fan does in front of him, but takes the picture anyway.
The fan, Coleman Leonard, shared the selfie on Twitter, saying he simply couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get a picture with Love:

Love probably would have taken the picture with Leonard even if he kept the TCU sweatshirt on, but Leonard had other ideas.
Now, though, he’ll have to face backlash from certain TCU fans about the bandwagon move.
