WATCH: Florida drops highlight-filled hype video ahead of Florida State rivalry game

For the last two years of Will Muschamp’s tenure and all three seasons of the Jim McElwain-Randy Shannon era, Florida lost to arch rival Florida State. The Gators are looking to end that losing skid in Year 1 under Dan Mullen.
The first-year UF coach knows what it takes to beat FSU, guiding UF to four wins over the Seminoles as an offensive coordinator under Urban Meyer from 2005-08. Florida dropped a highlight video Thursday that features a few memorable moments from that era, including Tim Tebow covered in red paint from the rain-soaked 2008 game as well as a Percy Harvin touchdown run.
The video has other highlights Florida fans will recall fondly, such as Fred Taylor’s touchdown run in 1997 and Ike Hilliard’s famous “stop and pop” move from the Sugar Bowl.
