Former Georgia running back Elijah Holyfield scored his first NFL (preseason) touchdown Thursday night.
Carolina quarterback Will Grier, the one-time Florida Gators signal caller, hit Holyfield on a pass to the outside, and the running back made a nifty move getting to the edge and scoring the touchdown.
Ironically enough, Holyfield didn’t record one receiving touchdown while at Georgia. Holyfield has caught two passes already in his first NFL preseason game.
