WATCH: Good dog does good job fetching tee following New Mexico State kickoff

Border collies love having jobs to do, and Striking the Wonder Dog may have the coolest job of any border collie out there.

Striking, who works for New Mexico State, made his 2018 season debut on Saturday night as the Aggies took on Wyoming in Las Cruces.

As you can see in the video below, following a New Mexico State touchdown, Striking was set loose to go fetch the kicking tee:

Striking may have taken a few extra seconds on the field to play with the tee, but since he only got to oversee two NMSU kickoffs, we’ll let it slide.

Now, we’ll just have to hope New Mexico State scores more than once in upcoming games so Striking can continue to do a great job.
