Harvard has presumably some of college football’s smartest players. Crimson RB Devin Darrington, however, made one of the dumbest mistakes you’ll see all day.
Apparently unaware of the rule that pre-score taunting invalidates a touchdown – or maybe just hoping he might not get caught – Darrington flipped off rival Yale as he was approaching the end zone for an easy touchdown.
The touchdown came off the board due to taunting. You can watch the play in the clip below:
