The Georgia Bulldogs are up big over an overmatched UMass team on Saturday, and that means freshman QB Justin Fields is getting some extended action.
Fields has gotten some time this year, but mostly as a runner in goal-line situations. This time, he got a chance to show off his arm.
As you can see in the video below, Fields uncorked a beautiful 57-yard touchdown pass to Mecole Hardman during the second quarter against the Minutemen:

As a 5-star recruit, Fields obviously has talent as a passer, not just as a runner. Now, he’s getting to show that off a bit.
The future is bright in Athens, but the present with starter Jake Fromm is also pretty bright, too.
