Ole Miss likes to call its talented wide receiver group the, “Nasty Wide Outs.”

But after Mississippi State knocked off the Rebels in last week’s Egg Bowl, 35-3, the Bulldogs coined a new term: “Nobody Was Open.”

With a montage of motivational speeches from coaches, and the radio broadcast, this highlight reel is an early Christmas gift for any State fan to celebrate this year.

There are plenty of images of QB Nick Fitzgerald running for two touchdowns, with 117 yards, and passing for another, while the defense picked up three turnovers, including two interceptions.

The Bulldogs established the run early with 122 yards in the first quarter alone, and led 14-0 early in the second quarter. The Rebels, meanwhile, ended the season on a five-game losing streak, and QB Jordan Ta’amu struggled with just 8-of-17 passing for 87 yards and an interception.
