WATCH: New Jason Aldean song tabbed as ‘SEC on CBS’ 2019 theme

Jason Aldean will be a familiar face for SEC football fans again this season as he will be a part of the “SEC on CBS” for the third straight season.
Aldean’s new song, “We Back,” will kick off the network’s season of marquee afternoon games, this week with No. 2 Alabama at South Carolina. Aldean was introduced to “SEC on CBS” two years ago as he took over from Garth Brooks.
Billboard described the new song, which led a group of four songs released along with a new album coming in November, as an “anthemic new single (that) leads the project with scorching electric guitars, an ear-grabbing beat and his distinct vocals.”
Pre-game coverage begins at 3 p.m. ET with coverage at the bottom of the hour from Brad Nessler, Gary Danielson and Jamie Erdahl.
