Alabama coach Nick Saban is known for grabbing a football and firing some passes during practice every now and then, but his baseball pitches could use some work.
Fortunately for him, Keith Holcombe, one of the hottest players in the country, happened to be on the receiving end of the pitch.
Holcombe, who is also a linebacker on the football team, managed to block the ball after it ended up in the dirt, as you can see in the video below, shared by @Chandler_Rome on Twitter:

Coming in cold and firing a strike from the mound is no easy task, so we’ll give Saban a pass on this one.
However, now Holcombe has some ammo to use against his coach in practices this fall — if he dares.
