Although Peyton Manning no longer plays football, he still finds ways to be involved with the sport. And that includes by serving as an ambassador to youth players.

On Monday, Riddell, a football equipment company, released a video of Manning partnering with them to donate equipment to Rogersville Middle School in Rogersville, Tenn.

“The people in this corner of the country are resourceful, committed, and strong,” Manning said in the video. “It’s why they practice smarter football — growing the game through smarter equipment, practice habits and coaching.”

There’s a great moment in the video where Manning arrives at the school and the children are shocked and excited to see the former Tennessee quarterback.
