This is one of the most remarkable plays from this weekend’s college football action.
During the third quarter of Saturday’s game between Western Michigan and Bowling Green, Western Michigan receiver Keishawn Watson hauled in a nice pass near the sideline. However, a hit by a Bowling Green defender popped the ball out of Watson’s possession following the catch.
Fortunately for Watson, his fumble landed about five yards in front of him in bounds, with no other player near it. Watson then scooped the ball up, evaded several more defenders and scored a touchdown.
It was a play that could have gone wrong for Watson, but instead turned out even better than it appeared to be at the start.
Wait… What!?
