When LSU LB Devin White was ejected for targeting in the fourth quarter against Mississippi State two weeks ago, it meant he’d miss the first half against Alabama this weekend.

That had LSU fans up in arms, and among them was political pundit James Carville, a huge Tiger supporter.

On ESPN’s College GameDay on Saturday, Carville stopped by the set and laid out his conspiracy theory about the SEC being in the bag for the Crimson Tide:

Carville points out that Tennessee, Texas A&M, Mizzou and now LSU have all been without their best defensive players for at least part of the Alabama game due to penalties.

It certainly is an interesting point, but there’s not much the SEC is going to do, and White is unfortunately going to have to sit out the first 30 minutes against the Tide on Saturday night.
