WATCH: Roquan Smith thanks fans, Athens police for recovery of stolen goods

In case you missed it, Roquan Smith was the victim of a robbery over the weekend. Making matters worse, the robbery took place in Athens of all places and involved one-of-a-kind memorabilia from his time with the Bulldogs.
Thankfully, the perpetrator, who is allegedly a Georgia student, has been caught and Smith’s possessions have been recovered. Smith received an outpouring of support following news of the robbery and thanks to the actions of local police, the items have been returned to him.
Smith couldn’t let the moment pass without thanking those involved in helping him recover his stolen property. Wednesday morning, Smith posted the following video thanking everyone involved:
