WATCH: South Carolina players have birthday surprise for Will Muschamp

As a long-time defensive coordinator, Will Muschamp knows it’s best to attack an opponent with either a tactic they don’t anticipate or at a time they don’t expect. The same strategy can be applied to blasting your head coach with silly string. Presumably.
The official Twitter account for South Carolina’s football team shared a Twitter video Friday of Muschamp receiving a surprise on his 46th birthday. Sporting party hats, Gamecocks players attack the coach with some silly string.
All smiles, Muschamp is able to laugh it off.
“How about y’all practice good tomorrow?” Coach Boom quips.
