WATCH: Tennessee replaces Butch Jones jumbotron slot with photo of legendary LB Al Wilson
If you missed the news out of Knoxville Monday morning, the photo of Butch Jones has (finally) been removed from the back of the jumbotron at Neyland Stadium.
So what’s going up in its place? A picture of former Tennessee linebacker Al Wilson has already been put in place. The captian of Tennessee’s 1998 National Championship team, Wilson is an excellent choice to go on the jumbotron at Neyland.
The Tennessee native symbolizes what every football player from the Volunteer State can achieve in Knoxville and now his legacy as a Vol will be proudly put on display on top of Neyland Stadium for years to come.
