WATCH: Tennessee State player punches coach on sideline, gets kicked off team

A Tennessee State player apparently felt the need to punch out one of his coaches on the sideline during a game between TSU and Southeast Missouri on Saturday.

The player was reported to be defensive end Latrelle Lee, according to FootballScoop.

Lee punched his strength coach, T.J. Greenstone, twice in the head and knocked him to the ground, as you can see in the video below.

Tennessee State announced that Lee has been kicked off the team and expelled from the university.

Lee was a part-time starter over the past two seasons. He did not play in Saturday’s game, according to a report from The Tennessean.

TSU won the game 23-20 in Nashville.
