After going 0-8 in SEC play in 2017, the Tennessee Volunteers are not messing around this offseason under new coach Jeremy Pruitt.
Pruitt knows he has to whip his players back into shape, and on Tuesday, his new strength coach had players running up a ramp at Neyland Stadium.
As you can see below, the exercise looks miserable, and that’s without even factoring in the hot temperatures in Knoxville on Tuesday:

Based on the tone Pruitt has struck with the team this offseason, there will be plenty more difficult workouts like this in the Vols’ future.
Will that translate into more wins this fall? That remains to be seen, but the Vols should at least be in great shape when the 2018 campaign kicks off in September.
