WATCH: Texas A&M hurdler Infinite Tucker does his best Superman to beat Aggies teammate at SEC Championships

We see it from time to time on the diamond and Saturday we saw it on the track – finishing a sprint with a dive. While it’s debatable whether diving gets an athlete there faster than simply continuing to run with full momentum, dives make for fun highlights.
Infinite Tucker (a great name for an athlete) was running in the 400 meter hurdles at the SEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships Saturday. Nearing the finish line it was Aggie vs. Aggie as Tucker and Robert Grant were gunning for first. Tucker did his best Superman impression, launching himself to go airborne over the finish line.
The move is legal as he stayed in his running line and, while the landing was presumably uncomfortable, he did finish in first place. Check out the epic finish below:
