WATCH: Texas QB makes the worst decision you’ll see all day

Oklahoma State survived the upset bid of Texas, thanks in large part to Longhorns QB Sam Ehlinger.
The No. 10 Cowboys came into the game with an impressive offense but found themselves in a nail-biter with the Longhorns. Texas held the Cowboys in check after the first quarter, and the Longhorns were in good position in overtime.
The Longhorns forced OSU to convert a field goal to begin overtime and took over with a chance to win with a touchdown or force another overtime with a field goal. Texas had moved inside the red zone and was in easy rang for a game-tying field goal when Ehlinger made a brutal mistake on third down.

It looks like Ehlinger was probably trying to throw the ball away, but that was a terrible mistake at the worst possible moment. The Cowboys likely kept their Playoff hopes alive with the 13-10 win over the Longhorns.
