Tyler Simmons is making big plays for the Georgia offense against UMass on Saturday.

The Bulldogs wide receiver scored a pair of long touchdowns to help Georgia build a 28-7 lead early in the second quarter.

Simmons quickly got the Bulldogs on the board when he scored a 49-yard rushing touchdown 1:59 into the game. Simmons took a handoff on an end-around and capped Georgia’s first drive on the third play.

Simmons wasn’t done after his first touchdown, however. Early in the second quarter, he caught a 71-yard touchdown pass from Jake Fromm to make it 28-7.

Simmons entered Saturday with two previous touchdowns this season. He had a rushing score against Middle Tennessee on Sept. 15 and a receiving touchdown against Auburn last week.
