Weak immune system? Anonymous executive comes up with ridiculous criticism of Baker Mayfield

Every year, there are some ridiculous things to come out of the mouths of NFL scouts when trying to evaluate that year’s class of players.
However, an observation by an anonymous AFC executive about Oklahoma QB Baker Mayfield this week may take the cake.
Mayfield has missed a couple of media appearances this week while battling illness. According to Pro Football Focus’s Steve Palazzolo, one AFC executive thinks that shows signs of a weak immune system and doesn’t think Mayfield can handle NFC North and AFC North weather conditions:
Talked to an AFC executive who thinks Baker Mayfield missing his press conference due to the flu is a sign of a weak immune system that simply won't play in the difficult weather of the AFC/NFC North

Considering the Rose Bowl is in Pasadena, California, where the high temperature on Friday was projected to be 82 degrees, that is a patently ridiculous claim.
Also, two NFC North teams — the Minnesota Vikings and Detroit Lions — play in domes, so that point doesn’t hold water.
With a statement that ridiculous, it wouldn’t be a surprise to find out that the executive in question is a member of the Cleveland Browns or some other struggling squad.
Mayfield is a human and he got sick. Though he isn’t going to be a top-10 pick, it would be very unwise to take him off a draft board simply because he missed a press conference.
