The SEC Network unveiled its commentator lineup for Week 1’s games on Friday morning.
Four games are on queue for the first week of the season, highlighted by a Thursday night (Sept. 1) between Sun Belt contender Appalachian State and SEC East favorite Tennessee.
In Week 1 Musburger and Palmer will call Thursday’s “SEC Opening Night” matchup of Appalachian State at Tennessee on SEC Network at 7:30 p.m. ET. SEC Nation will also debut that evening at 6 p.m., providing the pregame coverage from the stadium sidelines. SEC Nation reporter Laura Rutledge will report for the game as well as the show.
Here’s a quick look at the broadcasting crew for each one:
Appalachian State at Tennessee (Sept. 1): Brent Musburger, Jesse Palmer, Laura Rutledge
South Alabama at Mississippi State (Sept. 3): Dave Neal, Matt Stinchcomb, Olivia Harlan
