The best quarterback on the field Saturday night in Lexington isn’t one — not normally, anyway.

Senior receiver Lynn Bowden got the start under center for Kentucky against Arkansas and the Wildcats’ best receiver has proven the coaches made a wise decision in shifting him under center against the Razorbacks.

While the offense has been heavy run, as you would expect, Bowden has been solid in the air, completing seven of 11 passes for 78 yards. Oh, he also has the only passing touchdown from either team in the game.

Bowden’s touchdown below gave Kentucky a 17-13 lead in the game.
