Dan Mullen came out on top in his first rivalry game as Florida’s head coach. The Gators knocked off Tennessee 47-21 in Knoxville, giving UF its first SEC win of the 2018 season.

After the game, Mullen talked about the performance of his starting quarterback, Feleipe Franks, a key fumble caused by CB CJ Henderson, the play of DL Adam Shuler and the overall performance of the team.

UF will go on the road again in Week 5 as Mullen returns to Starkville, Miss. Florida will face Mississippi State, the team Mullen coached for nine seasons (2009-17). No. 14 MSU fell to Kentucky, who also beat Florida in Week 2, on Saturday (7-28).
