Day 1 of the Early Signing Period has come and gone and the SEC, per usual, continued its strong recruiting ways.

Four SEC teams finished the day in the Top 10: Alabama, Georgia, LSU and Tennessee. Florida, Texas A&M, South Carolina and Auburn cracked the top 20, with Arkansas and Mississippi State well within the top 25. In total, all 14 SEC teams saw a top 50 nationally ranked class heading into Thursday.

Alabama signed the most 5-stars not just in the SEC, but the country. Nick Saban and company saw six 5-star prospects sign with the Crimson Tide, 2 more than any other team in the nation.
