The Tennessee hype train is going strong once again. Following the Vols’ 38-28 victory over Florida, the team is once again being considered as the favorite in the East, so much so that it could be favored over Georgia in this weekend’s game in Athens, especially with the Bulldogs coming off a 45-14 loss to Ole Miss in Week 4.

Georgia hasn’t been an underdog at home since its 2011 matchup against South Carolina, according to David Paschall of the Chattanooga Times Free Press.

Specifically, the Bulldogs have been heavily favored over the Vols in recent games played at Sanford Stadium. Georgia was a 14-point favorite in 2012 and a 17-point favorite in 2014, according to our own Michael Wayne Bratton.

Tennessee-Georgia will air live on CBS Saturday at 3:30 p.m. EST.
