Patterson’s top schools include Florida State, Miami, Michigan, Ohio State, and Auburn. He will be picking one of them to commit to on Aug. 26.
Patterson is a 4-star safety from the 2024 class. The 247Sports Composite ranks him as the No. 3 safety and No. 10 prospect from Florida. He hails from Chaminade-Madonna Prep in Hollywood, Florida.

Hugh Freeze has one commit from a true safety in the 2024 class. The Tigers have a signature from 3-star commit Kensley Faustin. Faustin hails from Naples, Florida.
SEC schools like Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, South Carolina, and Texas A&M have shown interest in Patterson.
Although Patterson plays a lot of safety, one of the evaluators at 247Sports believes he could also be useful as a linebacker in the future. Patterson also runs track.
Patterson has taken unofficial visits with both Michigan and Ohio State as well as the other teams inside his top 5.
