Donald Parham was taken to the hospital after suffering a terrifying injury during the Chargers and Chiefs game Thursday night.
Parham’s injury happened in the end zone, and as he was diving for the football, his head appeared to hit the turf. He laid unconscious and wasn’t moving on the turf, as his arms were locked. He was taken off the field on a stretcher and was taken to the hospital.
Not sure why they zoomed on Donald Parham's face as he lay unconscious?
Hope he's okay. That looked really bad. #Chargers #Chiefspic.twitter.com/w5HTaCfczL

Thankfully, Parham spoke out on social media Friday evening.
“But I appreciate all the love and support from everyone … It means so much to me and my family to know so many people are thinking about me and my well being,” Parham said on Twitter. “And God has a plan for my life and so just know I’m coming back better than before.”
