The Cleveland Browns have struggled in many areas over the years. Unveiling a new helmet can now be added to the list.
The Browns set up for a special reveal of the team’s “Alpha Dawg” alternate helmet on Wednesday on Lake Erie. When it was time to pull the tarp off the giant helmet, however, an apparent videographer lost track of how much room he had on the floating deck, backing his way into the water for an afternoon plunge.
The most Cleveland Browns clip of all time.

Cleveland.com received confirmation from the Browns that the man is fine. Mascot Chomps tossed him a life jacket. While the viral clip is brief, extended footage from WKYC shows that a jet ski quickly pulled up to rescue the man.

This is all very on-brand for the Browns.
