Tom Brady has emotional encounter with young brain cancer survivor during Bucs-Bears game

Tom Brady provided quite the experience for a young brain cancer survivor that was in attendance for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ game against the Chicago Bears on Saturday afternoon.
Earlier in the day, the young boy watched Brady connect with Mike Evans to become the 1st NFL quarterback to throw 600 career touchdowns. The Bucs went on to roll past the Bears, 38-3.
But it was the moment late in the game that the boy will cherish forever. Brady was spotted walking over to the fan and giving him the hat, with the fan immediately breaking down in tears. You can view the video below of what was a special moment:
