ESPN has announced the end of an era. The Worldwide Leader set the date for the final episode of Around the Horn.

The final episode of Around the Horn will air on May 23 at 5 p.m. ET, ESPN announced on Tuesday. It concludes a run of over 22 years for the show that debuted on Nov. 4, 2002.

Around the Horn has had a remarkable run of more than two decades. That kind of longevity in media is incredibly rare, and we look forward to celebrating the show’s many accomplishments before the final sign-off in May,” David Roberts, ESPN Executive Vice President, Executive Editor, Sports News and Entertainment said in a release. “Beyond Tony and the ensemble of on-air contributors, we are particularly grateful to the production team led by Erik Rydholm and Aaron Solomon, who have been instrumental in ATH’s consistent success since the very beginning.

Tony Reali has hosted ATH since Feb. 2004. The panel discussion show has featured many prominent sports writers and commentators including JA Adande, Kevin Blackistone, Tim Cowlishaw, Jemele Hill, Frank Isola, Bomani Jones, Mina Kimes, Jackie MacMullan, Woody Paige, Bill Plaschke, Bob Ryan, Ramona Shelburne, Sarah Spain, Pablo Torre and Clinton Yates.

ESPN says that a 30-minute edition of SportsCenter will fill the 5 p.m. ET weekday block during the summer.
