Will Lutz, New Orleans Saints lose London game to Vikings with heartbreaking double-doink FG miss

Will Lutz appeared to have rescued the New Orleans Saints with a 60-yard field goal, but then the Minnesota Vikings answered with a field goal of their own to prevail 28-25.
The Lutz lined up a 61-yarder, and it fell short only to produce a double doink with a deflection off the left upright and then the crossbar as it left Saints’ lineman in disbelief, holding up their arms in surrender cobra fashion.
It was a tight game throughout as the teams traded points over the course of the game, especially in the fourth quarter when the Saints had a touchdown and two-point conversion before the Lutz field goal, and then the Vikings had a Justin Jefferson touchdown sandwiched around a pair of field goals.
Jefferson, the former LSU star, had another huge game with 10 catches for 147 yards on 13 targets. He also had a rushing touchdown on his only carry.
Minnesota improved to 3-1 on the season, while the Saints fell to 1-3.
