Jack Coan delivered a legendary moment for Notre Dame on Saturday in its thrilling finish against Toledo.
The Fighting Irish quarterback dislocated his finger, had it popped back in on the sideline and then immediately threw a go-ahead touchdown. The 18-yard pass to Michael Mayer came with 1:09 left in the fourth quarter to give Notre Dame a 32-29 lead in a game where the Irish trailed at halftime.
Toledo got the ball back with just over a minute to play, but Notre Dame ultimately held on for the victory.
