Moore spent the last 2 seasons with Georgia Tech. In 2022-23, he averaged 7.6 points and 4.7 rebounds per game.
He was also a major factor on the defensive end for the Yellow Jackets, collecting 0.7 steals and 0.9 blocks per game. He played 20.6 minutes per contest and started in 15 of Georgia Tech’s 31 games a year ago.
Moore is a potential starter or high-impact bench player for Oklahoma in 2023-24. The Sooners will be looking to replace several forwards from last year’s team, including Tanner Groves, Jacob Groves and Jalen Hill.
He is the 5th transfer addition Oklahoma has made so far this offseason. The Sooners will be looking to make the NCAA Tournament for the first time under Porter Moser in 2023-24.
