Oklahoma running back target Xavier Robinson is almost ready to make a final decision.
Robinson will make his commitment at 6 p.m. CT on Tuesday evening, he announced. He also named OU and Iowa State as his finalists.

Robinson is an Oklahoma native. He attends Carl Albert High School in Oklahoma City. He’s listed at 6-foot-2, 220 pounds.
He would be a big-time addition for the Sooners. He’s the No. 763 overall player and the No. 58 running back in the class of 2024, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 5 player from the state of Oklahoma.
In addition to Oklahoma and Iowa State, Robinson received offers from programs such as Notre Dame, Oklahoma State and Colorado.
Oklahoma has 8 commits so far in the class of 2024. The Sooners are also recruiting other running backs in this class, including 4-star Taylor Tatum.
