Bo Wallace has bizarre social media exchange with coffee shop during Egg Bowl
Bo Wallace had an eventful night at Davis Wade Stadium on Thursday night in Starkville.
Wallace was in attendance for Ole Miss’ 17-7 victory over the Bulldogs. However, he spent much of the evening talking on social media with Mississippi State fans — including a Mississippi-based coffee shop.
At one point in the evening, Wallace invited the coffee shop to his section of Davis Wade Stadium for a chat.
Here’s a screenshot of the tweets, some of which have since been deleted:

Wallace later shared this video of himself sitting in section 23 while he waited for Mississippi State fans from Twitter to arrive:

After the game was over, Wallace shared a parting message for Mississippi State fans. He called out “twitter tough guys” for not approaching him in the stands in Starkville during the game.
That fan base is so triggered … man I love owning y’all’s thoughts … the best was knowing everyone one of you twitter tough guys knew where I was and never showed face …. All you did was tweet.. proof twitter isn’t real. Goodnight.. ??

Wallace went 2-1 against Mississippi State as the Rebels’ starting quarterback from 2012-14. His lone loss to the Bulldogs was in Starkville back in 2013.
Ole Miss will now await its postseason fate. The Rebels have already clinched a 10-win regular season for just the second time in program history.
