Former Ole Miss wide receiver Laquon Treadwell was signed to the 53-man roster by the Seattle Seahawks Tuesday, presumably as an answer to the recent injury of star WR Tyler Lockett.

Treadwell ha been on the Seahawks practice squad for much of the 2022 season, making temporary jumps to the 53-man roster. He has just 1 catch for 1 yard this season in 3 appearances.

Treadwell has made 4 different stops since being drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the 1st round of the 2016 NFL Draft. He stayed with the Vikings for 4 years and has since made 1-year stops in Atlanta, Jacksonville and now Seattle.

He has 105 catches for 1,185 receiving yards and 5 touchdowns across his 7 years in the league.
