If LSU fans didn’t know the name John Rhys Plumlee heading into the Ole Miss game, they sure as hell know it now.

If you missed it, the true freshman quarterback has been busy shredding Dave Aranda’s defense on the ground Saturday as he’s busted loose for 201 yards on 17 carries. He also has four rushing touchdowns against the Tigers.

According to the ESPN broadcast crew, the 201 rushing yards put up by Plumlee are the most ever by an Ole Miss quarterback in a single game in the 114 years of the program.

The quarterback has touchdown runs of 46, 60 and 35 yards in the game.

Not bad for his first game against LSU.
