Ole Miss receiver Laquon Treadwell suffered a gruesome injury Saturday, dislocating his ankle and fracturing his leg. Here’s the video replay.

Carted from the field and taken straight to the hospital, Treadwell underwent immediate surgery Saturday night.

Offensive coordinator Dan Werner talked with Treadwell after the game, according to the Clarion-Ledger.

“He’s down, obviously,” Werner said. “I told him he’s a warrior and played probably the best game I’ve seen him play yet.”

Treadwell caught 10 passes for 103 yards and one touchdown in the loss, nearly scoring the go-ahead touchdown with 90 seconds left.
