Ole Miss added another solid defensive player to its 2022 recruiting class on Thursday.
Nick Cull, a 3-star cornerback out of Seminole County High School in Donalsonville, Ga., announced that he has committed to the Rebels. He chose Ole Miss over offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Miami and South Carolina, the other 5 schools that were included in the top 6 he named in June.
Cull is the No. 35 cornerback in the 2022 class and the No. 33 recruit out of Georgia, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.

Cull took unofficial visits to Ole Miss on June 6 and July 30, so it appears he came away from Oxford impressed with the Rebels. He had also visited Miami, South Carolina and Florida in June.
Ole Miss now has 12 commits in its 2022 class, 4 of which are 4-star prospects. Cull became the seventh 3-star player in the class and the second defensive back, along with 4-star safety Taylor Groves.
Here are some of Cull’s highlights from Seminole County’s season-opening loss to Early County last Friday:
