Ole Miss beat out the likes of Baylor and Arizona for 3-star Class of 2024 tight end Dillon Hipp Sunday afternoon.

Hipp is a 6-6, 240-pound prospect out of Scottsdale, Arizona and despite not being highly-rated, holds offers from some top-tier programs across the country. In addition to Ole Miss, Arizona and Baylor, Hipp held offers from Tennessee, Auburn, Miami, TCU, Washington and Oregon, to name a few.

He posted the following video to social media announcing his commitment Sunday:

Hipp represents Ole Miss’ 19th commitment of the 2024 cycle and joins 3-star TE Cameron Clark. The Rebels currently hold commitments from 5 pass catchers in the Class of 2024.

Hipp is considered to be the No. 984 overall prospect in the country, as well as the No. 45 TE and No. 15 player out of Arizona.
