Ole Miss fans give Lane Kiffin, coaching staff standing ovation at Rebels basketball game
Ole Miss fans got another opportunity this weekend to welcome Lane Kiffin to Oxford. The new Rebels football head coach and his assistants stopped by The Pavillion on Saturday night for the Ole Miss-LSU men’s basketball game.
It’s safe to say Ole Miss fans are all aboard the Lane Train. Kiffin and his assistants received a standing ovation from the Pavillion crowd, as you can see in the videos below:

It was a busy weekend for Kiffin and his assistants as the recruiting dead period is over and prospects are able to take official visits on campus ahead of February’s National Signing Day.
Unfortunately for Ole Miss basketball, Kiffin’s visit wasn’t enough to lift the Rebels over LSU. The Tigers notched an 80-76 win, managing to outscore Ole Miss in the second half 44-40.
