A week after debuting with an impressive win over Texas Tech, the Ole Miss Rebels may have gotten caught looking ahead to a Week 3 matchup against Alabama.

In their home debut against Southern Illinois, the Rebels didn’t have a great defensive effort, and trail the Salukis 38-35 at halftime.

Yes, the Ole Miss offense is playing well, but the defense hasn’t been able to stop anyone. That, naturally, has led to fans scorching the Rebels with some hilarious memes.

There’s still a full half to go, but things are going to need to improve quickly if the Rebels are going to avoid an upset loss against the Salukis.
