Star second baseman Peyton Chatagnier and Ole Miss have already taken home a series win over Auburn this season.

Chatagnier totaled 6 hits and 3 RBI in the Rebels’ wins over the Tigers in March. Now, with Ole Miss advancing to the College World Series for the sixth time in school history, the Rebels are ready to do it again.

Because, according to Chatagnier, there’s not a team in the country hot enough to down the Rebels right now.

“We played them early, so I think both of us are in different points of our season now,” Chatagnier said via 247Sports. “They are, no doubt, going to be a good team. I think (if) we go out there and play the way we’re capable of playing, we’re capable of beating anybody.”

The Rebels have rattled off 5 wins in a row so far, sweeping through the Coral Gables Regional last weekend before downing 10th-ranked Southern Miss by a combined score of 15-0 in the Super Regional stage.
