Ole Miss is gearing up for an SEC showdown with LSU in Week 7. The top-25 matchup between SEC foes should be an instant classic that could even have College Football Playoff implications.
Ahead of that matchup, the Rebels have revealed the uniform combo they will be sporting.
It’s a traditional look, as opposed to the powder blue uniforms the team has been sporting lately. In Week 7, the team is wearing the navy/red/gray combo for the first time since 2018.

This will be the 3rd time the Rebels have worn red jerseys this season. The team first spotted these jerseys in the win over MTSU in Week 2. Then, the red jerseys were worn again in the win over Georgia Southern.
This will be just the 2nd appearance of the season for navy helmets. The team wore them for the opener against Furman. Week 7 is also the 2nd appearance for the grey pants, with the MTSU game being the first.
Looking good is one thing, playing good is another. Death Valley is a tough place to play, especially at night. If the Rebels have any hopes of making the College Football Playoff, though, this game is likely a must-win.
Ole Miss got the better of LSU in 2023’s matchup, escaping with a 55-49 win at home. Overall, the Tigers have won 65 games in the series while the Rebels have won 42.
This game will kick off from Tiger Stadium on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET.
